Ember & Oak Kitchen was born from a simple belief: great dining should feel like coming home. Founded by Chef Marcus Webb and his partner and sommelier Sarah Reeves in 2018, we set out to create a restaurant where the warmth of the room matches the warmth on the plate.
Our wood-fire kitchen is the heart of everything we do. Every protein is touched by fire, every vegetable sourced from Ontario farms within 200km of our kitchen.
