The Founders
Ember & Oak Kitchen was born from a simple belief: great dining should feel like coming home. Founded by Chef Marcus Webb and his partner and sommelier Sarah Reeves in 2018, we set out to create a restaurant where the warmth of the room matches the warmth on the plate.
Our wood-fire kitchen is the heart of everything we do. Every protein is touched by fire, every vegetable is sourced from Ontario farms within 200km of our kitchen, and every plate is built to be shared — or savoured alone, slowly, with a glass of Niagara red.
Ontario-first sourcing. We partner with over 20 local farms and producers. Seasonal means seasonal — the menu changes every eight weeks.
