Tri-City Potlight & Electrical was founded by James Polak, a licensed master electrician who wanted to build a company that actually explained what it was doing, and stood behind every permit and inspection.
After watching homeowners get burned by unpermitted work that voided their insurance, James built a team that handles every step properly: written quotes, pulled permits, licensed techs, and ESA sign-off on every job.
Today Tri-City runs a team of 6 licensed electricians. We've installed over 5,400 potlights and completed more than 800 panel upgrades across Kitchener, Cambridge, and Waterloo Region.
